Who is affected?
Users attempting to access the UW computer network from locations on the 3rd floor of Coe Library.
More details:
At approximately 3:50 pm today, Wednesday, September 10th, IT was aware of a failed network hardware component affecting access to the network from locations on the 3rd floor of Coe Library.
Problem resolution:
IT personnel corrected the problem and restored normal service by approximately 5:15 pm, Wednesday, September 10th.
