Fine Arts network issue

We have received multiple calls from fine arts regarding network issues. They are intermittently loosing Network connectivity through the entire building
IT personnel located several machines that were not negotiating proper speed/duplex settings on the network. The switch ports were forced to 10Mbs operation.
