Students, faculty and staff trying to run ESRI products (ArcGIS) that connect to our central license server.

The service has been restarted and applications are now able to connect to the license service.
This issue is now closed/resolved.
The Academic Support Unit received reports that students were unable to run ArcMap in the labs. While investigating the issue we have discovered that no ArcGIS\ESRI products are connecting to the license service.
IT personnel are investigating the problem. No estimated time for correction of the problem is currently available.
