Students, faculty and staff who print on lab nodes to student lab printers

Problem:

Grail Print server change

Systems Involved:

UW Student Labs

Details:

On Tuesday, March 17th at 7:00 am the student print server Grail will be taken offline to perform a needed upgrade. Printing services in the student labs will be unavailable during the downtime. The upgrade is anticipated to take 10 � 15 minutes.

Grail print server upgrade Unsuccessful and will be rescheduled.

Problem Resolution: 

This upgrade has been postponed to May 30th 2015

Priority Levels:

High -- (affects a majority of campus and/or applications used by a majority of campus) – updated hourly

Medium -- (affects a substantial portion of campus and/or applications used by them) – Updated every 2 hours

Low -- (affects or minimal portion of campus and/or has minimal impact on applications used on campus) – Updated every 4 hours

None -- (minimal to no urgency associated with resolving the incident/event) – Will update when resolved.
