Users attempting to access sites outside of the UW website cannot connect. We can still connect to UW sites. Network upgrades were completed on February 1st. However, this did not fully resolve the issue. Additional reports of Internet trouble were reported on February 3rd.

Started 9:55 On Thursday January 29th.
The problem has been traced to faulty fiber transceivers. We believe the Internet connection is stable and will remain stable.
