Who is affected?

Users attempting to access the network in White Hall and the Education Annex will not be able to connect due to lost switches from flooding.

Details:

Due to the flooding over break we have lost switches in White Hall and the Education Annex. In  White the basement and lobby  are down,  in  Ed its the 2nd floor area.  

Problem Resolution: 

IT personnel corrected the problem and restored normal service at 1:01PM on Wednesday, Jan. 7th, 2015.

Priority Levels:

High -- (affects a majority of campus and/or applications used by a majority of campus) – updated hourly

Medium -- (affects a substantial portion of campus and/or applications used by them) – Updated every 2 hours

Low -- (affects or minimal portion of campus and/or has minimal impact on applications used on campus) – Updated every 4 hours

None -- (minimal to no urgency associated with resolving the incident/event) – Will update when resolved.
