Microsoft 365 Services Recovering - Microsoft has restored most Microsoft 365 services affected by the widespread outage. Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and related services should now be available for most users, although some may experience delayed email delivery or intermittent issues as recovery completes. If you continue to experience problems, close and reopen the affected application or browser and try again. If issues persist, please contact the UWIT Help Desk at 307-766-4357.

This appears to be a Microsoft-side service issue. UW IT is actively investigating and monitoring the situation; we do not yet have a confirmed cause or estimated resolution time from Microsoft. In the meantime: Save your work frequently and avoid re-submitting actions that don't appear to complete. For urgent communication, please use phone or an alternate method until services are restored.
