No impact is expected to the campus community as we have a redundant pair of firewalls.
Campus Firewall Security Update

On Saturday 8/15/2026 after the file storage maintenance has completed the Network Security team will apply a software update to the campus firewalls. The software update is expected to take an hour and should be seamless as this is an in service upgrade.
