Details:

The speedtest.uwyo.edu site is down due to a license lapse. A 404 error is shown when the speedtest.uwyo.edu site is accessed. A similar result can be obtained by using the Ookla Speedtest app or website and choosing the "Laramie, WY - University of Wyoming" test server.
