Authentication issue with HCM integrations

Who is affected? |
Users either attempting to feed files into HCM (TCP, AIM, etc.), or utilize feeds from HCM in other systems (IDT, Costing, etc.) |

Details: |
At approximately 8pm, Friday, March 27th, Oracle released a new identity management suite for HCM and related cloud products into production. This new suite returns an error when our integrations attempt to authenticate |
Problem Resolution: |
ASO and Systems reset the passwords that integrations use in Fusion and OCI, and the processes began running again |

High -- (affects a majority of campus and/or applications used by a majority of campus) – updated hourly
Medium -- (affects a substantial portion of campus and/or applications used by them) – Updated every 2 hours
Low -- (affects or minimal portion of campus and/or has minimal impact on applications used on campus) – Updated every 4 hours
None -- (minimal to no urgency associated with resolving the incident/event) – Will update when resolved.
