At 11:40am on Wednesday, January 14th, TD sent word that the email monitors are not draining emails properly, resulting in some emails not creating ticket properly |

Problem Resolution: |
TD responded that the issue has been resolved and email monitors are properly creating tickets once more |

Low -- (affects or minimal portion of campus and/or has minimal impact on applications used on campus) – Updated every 4 hours
None -- (minimal to no urgency associated with resolving the incident/event) – Will update when resolved.
