Who is affected?

Users who send emails into email monitor inboxes to create tickets (Like userhelp@uwyo.edu)

Details:

At 11:40am on Wednesday, January 14th, TD sent word that the email monitors are not draining emails properly, resulting in some emails not creating ticket properly

Updates:

1/14/2026 12:18:51 PM:
From TD: IMAP email monitors were not firing in the East US environment from 12:00-1:45 ET due to data corruption. This issue is now resolved and email monitors are processing as expected.

Problem Resolution: 

TD responded that the issue has been resolved and email monitors are properly creating tickets once more

Priority Levels:

High -- (affects a majority of campus and/or applications used by a majority of campus) – updated hourly

Medium -- (affects a substantial portion of campus and/or applications used by them) – Updated every 2 hours

Low -- (affects or minimal portion of campus and/or has minimal impact on applications used on campus) – Updated every 4 hours

None -- (minimal to no urgency associated with resolving the incident/event) – Will update when resolved.
