Users attempting to use WYOSSB, WYOINB, ODS and WYODEGREEWORKS. (Banner and Degreeworks applications) This includes Student Self Service, Registration and Application Navigator and Admin Pages |

Details: |
At 6:00 AM on Sunday November 9th, 2025 the databases behind the Banner and Degreeworks systems will be taken down to apply Oracle Security patches. Down time is expected to be around 2 hours. |
Problem Resolution: |
Patches were applied and the servers have been returned to service. |

Priority Levels:
High -- (affects a majority of campus and/or applications used by a majority of campus) – updated hourly
Medium -- (affects a substantial portion of campus and/or applications used by them) – Updated every 2 hours
Low -- (affects or minimal portion of campus and/or has minimal impact on applications used on campus) – Updated every 4 hours
None -- (minimal to no urgency associated with resolving the incident/event) – Will update when resolved.
