On Sunday, July 20th the ImageNow system will be upgraded to version 24.1 Users that use the desktop client, Perceptive Content, will be unable to connect to ImageNow until they've had the new client installed on their workstations. UWIT personnel will visit the affected offices on Monday July 21st to take care of the client upgrades. The clients have been notified that this is taking place and have coordinated with us as to who will need to be upgraded. People using the web-based app, Perceptive Apps and/or "webnow" will not be affected by the upgrade as their links should continue to work. |

Priority Levels:
High -- (affects a majority of campus and/or applications used by a majority of campus) – updated hourly
Medium -- (affects a substantial portion of campus and/or applications used by them) – Updated every 2 hours
Low -- (affects or minimal portion of campus and/or has minimal impact on applications used on campus) – Updated every 4 hours
None -- (minimal to no urgency associated with resolving the incident/event) – Will update when resolved.
