The Office 365 Web App and Outlook Clutter feature has been configured to whitelist all @uwyo.edu email addresses effective Tuesday, November 22, 2016. The change was made to ensure intended recipients see all UW related emails in their Inbox by default. Rules can be created in Outlook to manage incoming email based on individual preferences. Please see how to Quickly Create Rules in Outlook (https://uwyo.teamdynamix.com/TDClient/KB/ArticleDet?ID=15631) for instructions on managing rules. |
Problem Resolution: |
The configuration change was made at 1:15 p.m. on Nov. 22, 2016. It will take several hours to take effect for all Inboxes. |

None -- (minimal to no urgency associated with resolving the incident/event) – Will update when resolved.
