Customers who have not logged into Team Dynamix before and are now trying to in order to submit a request through the service catalog. This does not affect customers who have already logged in. They will be able to log in again and submit requests.
Self registration in Team Dynamix is not working

Issue was reported to the Service Center at 3:53 PM on 11/10/16.
A fix should be pushed out from Team Dynamix this weekend, so we anticipate this issue to be resolved by Monday 11/14/16. We tested this today and self registration is now working.
