Self registration in Team Dynamix is not working

Who is affected? |
Customers who have not logged into Team Dynamix before and are now trying to in order to submit a request through the service catalog. This does not affect customers who have already logged in. They will be able to log in again and submit requests. |

Issue was reported to the Service Center at 3:53 PM on 11/10/16. |
Problem Resolution: |
A fix should be pushed out from Team Dynamix this weekend, so we anticipate this issue to be resolved by Monday 11/14/16. We tested this today and self registration is now working. |

Low -- (affects or minimal portion of campus and/or has minimal impact on applications used on campus) – Updated every 4 hours
None -- (minimal to no urgency associated with resolving the incident/event) – Will update when resolved.
