A mobile device is causing broadcast storms and thus crippling the network for everyone in the apartments. We have disabled the ports that the user has connected to. It seems that the user is connecting to non-managed Wireless access points.
We are experiencing a broadcast storm in the Student apartments that is causing switches to become unreachable, and cause a degradation of service in that area
