Customers attempting to access an eBook on the library website will get the error message below. Articles do continue to open correctly. Service Temporarily Unavailable Due to Scheduled Maintenance We're sorry, but this service is temporarily unavailable while we perform scheduled maintenance. Please check back shortly. Do not contact your network administrator, they are aware maintenance is being performed. |

Problem Resolution: |
This was scheduled maintenance being performed by the vendor. Maintenance is completed and ebooks are available again. |

High -- (affects a majority of campus and/or applications used by a majority of campus) – updated hourly
Medium -- (affects a substantial portion of campus and/or applications used by them) – Updated every 2 hours
Low -- (affects or minimal portion of campus and/or has minimal impact on applications used on campus) – Updated every 4 hours
None -- (minimal to no urgency associated with resolving the incident/event) – Will update when resolved.
