At approximately 10:00 PM on Monday, Oct. 24, the mail gateways began routing email for UW users to the test email servers. The configuration that caused this was rolled back at 8:00 AM on Tuesday, Oct. 25, so that email is again being delivered normally. |

Problem Resolution: |
A misconfiguration of the production systems caused email to be incorrectly routed to the test email system. The configuration has been corrected and email has been resent for users. |

High -- (affects a majority of campus and/or applications used by a majority of campus) – updated hourly
Medium -- (affects a substantial portion of campus and/or applications used by them) – Updated every 2 hours
Low -- (affects or minimal portion of campus and/or has minimal impact on applications used on campus) – Updated every 4 hours
None -- (minimal to no urgency associated with resolving the incident/event) – Will update when resolved.
