Details: |
Just before 6 a.m. on Wednesday, September 21st, connection errors started showing up between the TouchNet payment system and WyoRecords/Banner. The outage is being investigated to determine the cause and resolve the problem. |

Problem Resolution: |
As of 10:30 a.m., September 22nd, we have been unable to verify that the emergency maintenance corrected the issue. The signon protocol between WyoRecords and TouchNet is no longer working. |

None -- (minimal to no urgency associated with resolving the incident/event) – Will update when resolved.
