Connection issues between JAMS and Banne occurred this morning and jobs and process that were scheduled to run since about 6:00 am failed. The connection was testa blushed and some jobs run. Evaluation of the remaining jobs will be evaluated this morning and clients contacted.

The root cause of the problem has been resolved and UW/IT will be contacting those clients affected to determine the best way to clean-up and rerun jobs, processes, and feeds as necessary.
Beginning Friday night / Saturday morning, August 26th, Banner feeds, jobs and processes started failing. While the problem was temporarily resolved on Saturday, 08/27, the problem reoccurred on Saturday night / Sunday morning, August 27th.
The VMware host for JAMS has been patched and JAMS appears to be stable. All jobs, processes, and feeds have completed or are caught up.
