Who is affected? |
All server admins are receiving the message Antivirus Pattern File Age - Endpoint(Critical). Corral is not updating the AV pattern file signatures and we are working to resolve the issue. Please also consider moving to the Webroot client for servers at this point, as the Microsoft Endpoint client is being retired from the system. |

Problem Resolution: |
AT 130 hours 5/31/2016 the server is updating the virus signature files on clients. |

High -- (affects a majority of campus and/or applications used by a majority of campus) – updated hourly
Medium -- (affects a substantial portion of campus and/or applications used by them) – Updated every 2 hours
Low -- (affects or minimal portion of campus and/or has minimal impact on applications used on campus) – Updated every 4 hours
None -- (minimal to no urgency associated with resolving the incident/event) – Will update when resolved.
