The issue should be resolved now. We are monitoring the issue to verify that it is completely fixed. A number of clients as well as another University with the same issue are reporting that the problem has been fixed.
Some users are having issues when attempting to authenticate in Office/Outlook 2013 and 2016. They are redirected to the wyologin page, but after entering their username and password they are directed to a an error "404 - File or directory not found" instead of being signed into the system. As a workaround users can sign in and use Outlook Web App instead via https://uwmail.uwyo.edu.
The issue was resolved by 3:40 PM on 4/14/2016.
