Users attempting to use the ClassApps UWYO Survey Tool (https://survey.uwyo.edu/) will be unable to do so due to a scheduled upgrade. The upgrade has been completed but you may experience a 403 error if using survey.uwyo.edu. If this is the case, use https://survey.uwyo.edu to access the tool. We will correct this as soon as we can.

The upgrade has been completed and the url is working as expected now.
A scheduled upgrade to the UWYO Survey Tool is scheduled to take place on Sunday March 27 beginning at 12:01 a.m. It is anticipated that the upgrade will be finished by 8:00 a.m. This incident will be updated once the upgrade has been completed. The upgrade has been completed but some users may experience issues with using the survey.uwyo.edu URL without using an https:// at the beginning (https://survey.uwyo.edu). If you receive a 403 error try using the https:// at the beginning of the URL. This should work.
IT personnel are performing an upgrade to the UWYO Survey Tool. We are working on fixing the issue with the 403 error. An update will be provided once this has been resolved.
