From 10:00pm on 3/9/2016 to 7:30am on 3/10/2016, the Pinnacle webserver is being updated to the current version. This will cause an outtage in access to IT Billing software.

The updates on 3/9-3/10 failed. A new attempt will happen on 3/15 at 7:00am.

The updates have completed successfully.

3/14/2016 9:09:48 AM:
Permissions issues prevented a successful update on 3/9-3/10. During systems' time on 3/13, the permissions issues were isolated and fixed. Because additional F5 work is needed, the working version was saved as a snapshot and the VM was restored to the pre-update state. The final work will happen on 3/15.

Problem Resolution: 

After the update is complete, access to the IT Billing software will be restored.

Low -- (affects or minimal portion of campus and/or has minimal impact on applications used on campus) – Updated every 4 hours

None -- (minimal to no urgency associated with resolving the incident/event) – Will update when resolved.
