Who is affected?

Users attempting to access WyoRecords (Self-Service Banner/SSB) or Internet Native Banner (INB).

Problem:

WyoRecords and INB Will Be Unavailable, 2/28/2016, 4 AM-8 AM

Updates:

2/28/2016 10:12:53 AM:
At about 9:30 AM SFA finished testing and approved the FA 8.25 install.

2/28/2016 8:05:18 AM:

  • By 6 AM the Database Office completed its work for installing Banner Financial Aid (FA) 8.25.
  • By 7:35 AM the Student Information Systems (SIS) unit completed cursory checks and tests in Banner.� Banner is available and FA 8.25 seems to have been installed successfully.
  • At about 7:50 AM, the Student Financial Aid office (SFA) began more thorough testing.

Details:

On Sunday, February 28, 2016, from 4 AM to 8 AM routine maintenance will be performed on the Banner Student Information System.  WyoRecords and INB will be unavailable during the maintenance.

The purpose of this maintenance is to install the Banner Financial Aid 8.25 release in order to comply with 2016-17 federal regulations.
