Pinnacle V6.5.2 SP1 upgrade

Updated 2/22/2015 11:15 AM. The upgrade is complete and users can now access the system.
We are upgrading the pinnacle application this morning. Expected downtime is about 4 hours.
IT personnel are starting the upgrade. We will notify users when the upgrade has been completed.
