Users should now be able to download files from WyoCourses.

Downloading files appears to be working for many users in WyoCourses, though some users may still receive an error while attempting to download files. Currently the file downloads run slowly, but are often successful.

Update 02/16/2016, 4pm: Instructure personnel are continuing to work on the issue.
At approximately 08:00, Monday, February 15th, users began receiving error messages when attempting to download files from classes or WyoGroups.
Instructure, the creators of WyoCourses (Canvas), is working on the problem. No estimated time for correction of the problem is currently available.
