The deployment of the fix is now complete and engineers have confirmed that service has been restored. Users who disabled the Clutter feature as a workaround may now re-enable it.

The deployment of the fix has begun and is currently 60% complete. Engineers estimate that the deployment should be complete for the majority of affected customers within 24 hours. Affected customers will experience incremental service restoration as the deployment propagates throughout the environment.

There is currently an issue with Office 365 that causes mailboxes that have Clutter enabled, but do not have a clutter folder to bounce incoming email that Office 365 classifies as Clutter.
