There is currently an issue with Office 365 that causes mailboxes that have Clutter enabled, but do not have a clutter folder to bounce incoming email that Office 365 classifies as Clutter. The NDR message contains an error similar to: 554 5.2.0 STOREDRV.Deliver.Exception:ObjectNotFoundException.MapiExceptionNotFound; Failed to process message due to a permanent exception with message Cannot get ID from name. 16.55847:A3040000, 17.43559:00000000EE000000000000000000000000000000, 20.52176:010F8C811400000000000000, 20.500 |
