Windows VPN users
VPN Client Upgrade Issues

For some windows users they are unable to connect to the VPN after installing the latest update. The PulseSecure client hangs on the connecting phase.
A system reboot will fix the issue.
IT personnel are investigating the problem. No estimated time for correction of the problem is currently available.
