Update 11/30/2015 11:32: Amazon Web Services have made changes that are beginning to improve load times. There may still be some slowness, however it should improve from here.

Update 11/30/2015 10:25 AM: Amazon Web Services have identified the cause of the issue and are working on a short-term solution.
At approximately 6:52 AM, Monday, November 30th, Instructure (the company behind WyoCourses) identified slowness and occasional error messages appearing in WyoCourses. They are currently working with Amazon Web Services to resolve the issue.
Amazon Web Services and Instructure have resolved the issue and WyoCourses should be back to normal speeds.
