Who is affected?

Students, Faculty and Staff attempting to connect to the UWStudent Remote Lab system.

Problem:

UWStudent Remote lab offline

UW Student Labs

Details:

At approximately 4:15 pm the Academic Support Unit received notice from Lab Assistants that the UWStudent remote lab system was offline.

Updates:

10/18/2015 4:50:24 PM:
server restarted. service is currently up.

Problem Resolution: 

Jesse paged Enterprise-Srv-Labs group via Homepage at 4:25pm

Priority Levels:

High -- (affects a majority of campus and/or applications used by a majority of campus) – updated hourly

Medium -- (affects a substantial portion of campus and/or applications used by them) – Updated every 2 hours

Low -- (affects or minimal portion of campus and/or has minimal impact on applications used on campus) – Updated every 4 hours

None -- (minimal to no urgency associated with resolving the incident/event) – Will update when resolved.
