Who is affected? |
Users of Banner (Internet Native Banner - INB - and WyoRecords), the Banner Operational Data Store (ODS), and Degree Works. This includes people who use any system that is directly tied to any of these Banner related systems, at least to the extent that they rely on them. |

The databases upon which Banner, ODS, and DegreeWorks reside are being updated to a new version. |

Problem Resolution: |
IT personnel are performing the update. It is anticipated that these systems will be down from 4:00 a.m. through 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 18, 2015. |

High -- (affects a majority of campus and/or applications used by a majority of campus) – updated hourly
Medium -- (affects a substantial portion of campus and/or applications used by them) – Updated every 2 hours
Low -- (affects or minimal portion of campus and/or has minimal impact on applications used on campus) – Updated every 4 hours
None -- (minimal to no urgency associated with resolving the incident/event) – Will update when resolved.
