There is an issue with the Microsoft update October update to Office 2013 (KB3085566) that prevents clients that have it installed from syncing data with Office 365 OneDrive for Business. Microsoft is working on an update to fix it, but it will not be available until at least sometime next week. In the meantime users that have installed the patch will need to remove it in order to correctly sync OneDrive for Business. Users that have installed Office 2013 via Office 365 are not impacted by the issue.
Microsoft has released a patch that solves the issue. Users experiencing the problem can download and install the patch from https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2986219.
