Update PCOUNTER Version

PCOUNTER software updated and GRAIL is operational. Tested printing and charging. The pcounter charge data looks good as well as print reports
I will start the process after 10:00 PM 9/2/2015. I will make an snapshot of the server prior to upgrade. I will upgrade the pcounter software to the latest version. Expected downtime 30 minutes
IT personnel have updated the pcounter software and tested printing GRAIL is back online
