8/12/15 06:30 - the switch has been completed.�
At 6:30AM on Wednesday 8/12/15 the Shibboleth services will be switched to new servers running the latest version of the Shibboleth software. There will be no downtime during this switchover.
Users who have problems signing into the above services after the switch should clear their browser cookies and cache, restart the browser and try the login again.
If problems remain after following the above instructions then users should contact the helpdesk. Please include the name of the service that was being logged into, the error message that was displayed (screen shots are preferred), the browser used and version number of the browser and the time the login was attempted.
This event will be updated after the switch is made.
