Users in the area of BU 395 may have lost network/phone.

Problem was fixed. UPS had died, the closet will have to run on bare power till a new UPS can be ordered.
We are showing a switch down in our closet BY 395, this would effect users o that side of that floor in Business. A network tech is on the way to investigate.
IT personnel are investigating the problem. No estimated time for correction of the problem is currently available.
