Enrolled students who are trying to register with the password reset utility, or enrolled students who are trying to reset their password using the utility. |

Details: |
The license expired for the software on 5/21/15. Until we get a new license the utility is unavailable. |
Problem Resolution: |
A new license has been installed and the utility is again functioning. |

Low -- (affects or minimal portion of campus and/or has minimal impact on applications used on campus) – Updated every 4 hours
None -- (minimal to no urgency associated with resolving the incident/event) – Will update when resolved.
