Fieldhouse West Network Problems

At 3:58 pm, Wednesday, August 12th, IT is reporting a network outage in Fieldhouse West. Some portions of the top floor of Field House east end are without network access. This appears to be due to a contractor who is removing asbestos from our wiring closet (or immediate area) and may have turned the power off. We are not allowed to enter the area to fix the problem and are trying to locate the responsible party on campus who owns the removal job for help.
