Scheduled System Upgrade beginning 4/2: UWSPAM QUARANTINE Emails Affected

Information Technology will begin a transition to new central email-gateways and spam/virus filtering services on Tuesday, April 2. While this transition will be mostly transparent, during the transition:
- Some users may receive multiple "UW Quarantined Messages" emails. One will be from the new system, the other from the old system. This will return to one message as soon as the systems are fully transitioned.
- If users need to release quarantined messages, they can do so through either of the "UW Quarantined Messages" emails they receive.
- There may be a delay in delivery of "UW Quarantined Messages" emails as changes made on the UWSPAM website propagate from the new to the old system.
