UWMail Certificate Change: User Intervention May Be Required for Mobile Devices

UW Information Technology has updated the certificates for uwmail.uwyo.edu. Because the root certificate authority is a new provider, some handheld devices may need to have their certificates updated to synchronize with uwmail.uwyo.edu. If a mobile device has problems synchronizing email as a result of this change, the GlobalSign Organization Validation CA will need to be added to its list of trusted root Certificate Authorities.
The new root certificate can be downloaded at http://www.globalsign.com/support/root-certificate/root-globalsign.php.
