Scheduled System Upgrades, 10/24: WINS Server

On Sunday morning, October 24th, the WINS server Sharptooth will be replaced with newer hardware. The IP for this server will remain as 10.85.60.100. The server name will be changed to WINS1.UWYO.EDU. All current WINS entries will be migrated to the new host.
