Who is affected?

Users attempting to connect to the UW computer network via the WyoSecure VPN.

More details:

At approximately 9:25 am this morning, Tuesday, September 15th, IT was aware of problems with the WyoSecure VPN system resulting in failed user login attempts.

Problem resolution:

IT personnel corrected the problem and restored normal service by 12:00 pm, Tuesday, September 15th.
