At approximately 11:30 am today, Friday, January 23rd, IT was aware of a problem on the UWadmnweb webserver resulting in denial of access to site authors.

Problem resolution:

IT personnel corrected the problem and restored normal service by 12:05 pm, Friday, January 23rd.
