At approximately 11:30 am today,Wednesday, November 19th, IT was aware of problems affecting the availability of UW Banner (including INB and SSB), WyoRecords, and the Job Scheduler for Banner and Advance.

Problem resolution:

IT personnel corrected the problem and restored normal service by 11:38 am, Wednesday, November 19th.
