Users attempting to complete transactions through the UW CashNet credit card processing system.

At approximately 8:30 am this morning, Monday, July 20th, IT was aware of problems with UW VPN affecting the CashNet credit card processing system.

Problem resolution:

IT personnel corrected the problem and restored normal service by 9:15 am, Monday, July 20th.
