Who is affected?

Users attempting to connect to UW remote sites via the UW network.

More details:

At approximately 10:24 am this morning, Thursday, August 7th, IT was aware of problems with a circuit that links UW to several of our remote sites including UW Casper, UW Sheridan and others.

Problem resolution:

IT personnel corrected the problem and restored normal service by 10:50 am, Thursday, August 7th.
