UW CMS System Problems

Who is affected?
Users the UW CMS system via WyoWecure VPN.
More details:
At approximately 9:00 am this morning, Monday, June 16th, IT was aware of problems with the UW CMS system affecting users connecting throught WyoSecure VPN. Pop-up based functionality appears to not be working correctly through the WyoSecure bookmark. In addition, all of the CMS is unavailable through Network Connect. There are no reported problems with CMS functionality for those on-campus
Problem resolution:
IT personnel corrected the problem and restored service by 1:00 pm, Tuesday, June 17th.
Users now have full access to the UW CMS through WyoSecure Network Connect, and it is now the preferred method for working in the CMS from off campus. Note: some functionality is unavailable to end users through the wyosecure bookmark.
