At approximately 4:20 pm today, Monday, June 2nd, IT was aware of problems affecting the availability of the Banner Operational Data Store and Degreeworks.

Problem resolution:

IT personnel corrected the problem and restored normal service by 5 pm, Monday, June 2nd.
