Mid-afternoon today, Wednesday, April 16th, IT was aware of problems with printing to Konica Minolta copier/printers via Printpress. Printpress is receiving print requests and sending them to the appropriate device, but the device fails to print.
Problem resolution:
Konica Minolta, copier services and IT personnel are working to correct the problem. No estimated time for correction of the problem is currently available.
