Outlook Web App Problem with Search from Mac Clients

As of Tuesday afternoon, April 15th, IT was aware of a problem with Outlook Web App affecting some Mac users. Users are unable to search when using Safari or Firefox to access Outlook Web App. As a workaround users can use Chrome on a Mac in order to search correctly. Users can also connect to the remote lab system and use the Windows browsers to access OWA in order to search correctly.
Problem resolution:
Microsoft corrected the problem by Tuesday, April 22nd.
